Free 3-day Meal plan

Updated: Feb 8, 2021

For the last week, my doTERRA community has been hosting a 21-day Healthy Habits Challenge. Each day there is a different "task" assigned, and today's assignment, for Day 7, is to create a 3-day mealplan.

Meal planning is something that always sounds like a great idea (because it is!) but often gets tossed out the window after a few days, because LIFE. Often, people will start out with good intentions, but then end up throwing out food they never got around to cooking, or realize they forgot to thaw meat, didn't get to run by the grocery store, or ran late after work, and the plan doesn't work, so it's scrapped. I talk to a lot of people who are juggling different dietary requirements for members of their family, or just don't enjoy the process of finding recipes or cooking each day. Feeding people 3 meals a day gets to feel very mundane and full of hassle and it's just easier to hit the drive-thru or call in pizza. But over time, those choices add up to unhealthy diets and bad habits that might be difficult to undo.

So, in the interest of helping out our team I built this quick 3-day meal plan the way I would do it for a client. It's scheduled for you in a way that creates rollover options (as in, cook something once, and use it for more than one meal) to save you time and brain power, and includes a shopping list, with all the ingredients in one handy list. A lot of these grocery items may already be in your kitchen, though, so take a look before you spend dollars you don't need to!

If you are a doTERRA member, and you have the yummy nutrition products that just released, there are a couple of recipes in this plan to incorporate those, and the 21-day resource guide has even more recipes.

Build from this plan for the rest of the week, and reach out if I can help you! If you are interested in jumping in for the rest of our 21-day challenge, shoot me a message through the contact form on my home page, and I'll add you to our group!
